THE ROAD TO THE TSINGY

ANTANANARIVO - ANTSIRABE

• Breakfast at the hotel. Then briefing with our team, then departure for Antsirabe.
• Stop at Behenjy, tasting of foie gras, the best in Madagascar, very tasty dishes made with a wide variety of foie gras and other products all Malagasy and organic
• Stop at Ambatolampy, visit of the traditional foundry to discover pots made with rudimentary materials.
• Stop at Sambaina, tasting of local sausages.
• Arrival at Antsirabe and installation at your hotel.

ANTSIRABE

• Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for the village of Antalaviana. Hiking for 3 hours to discover a forest of Tapia, traditional Malagasy house, local life and culture, exceptional viewpoint and natural swimming pool.
• After a picnic lunch, visit of the artisans and the water city.

ANTSIRABE - MORONDAVA

• Breakfast at the hotel departure for Morondava. You will notice increasingly arid landscapes while going towards the West. 
• It is also frequent to cross herds of zebus beating the dust in the savannah. Then, an overnight stay in Morondava.

MORONDAVA - BEKOPAKA

• After breakfast, let's take the road to the small town in the west of Madagascar, which is none other than Bekopaka. It is mainly known for its Tsingy. These are an integral part of the natural reserve of Bemaraha. They are also a refuge for hundreds of protected species in the region.
• Then an overnight stay in Bekopaka.

Visit of the Tsingy

• The day is dedicated to the visit of the small town in the west of Madagascar, Bekopaka is mainly known for its Tsingy which are an integral part of the natural reserve of Bemaraha. Exploring the 30 meter high limestone peaks is a highlight of the trip. 
• The easiest excursion is to walk in the small Tsingy. It is a totally fascinating discovery, trees and plants seem to come out of nowhere, as well as birds, lemurs and frogs.
• Enjoy this day while having a picnic lunch.
• To end this day in beauty, an overnight stay at the Olympus of Bemaraha or similar is on the agenda.

BEKOPAKA - MORONDAVA

• On the way to Morondava, a short stop at the baobab alley is planned to admire a unique sunset. Then, Kimony Resort will meet you in Morondava for an exceptional night.

• To offer you more comfort and pleasure, it will be a day dedicated to a farniente on one of the most beautiful beaches of Madagascar and the Indian Ocean. 
• Kimony beach, an ideal place for those who are looking for calm, peace and serenity. It also gives the possibility to have a glimpse on the specificities of the local life, by some pirogues, fishermen and some women with Masonjoany masks, that you will find along the coast.
